Love this pose! I don't know what he is looking at, but he is really intense!

When I took the photo I tried to figure out what this squirrel was looking at, but I didn't manage to do so. Maybe some other animal, or another squirrel flicking its tail or saying "Nuk nuk nuk". I'm not sure what it was, but this squirrel sure picked up on it!

Ha -- yes, this one had just been digging in the dirt (burying or unburying a nut I think)! :)

I think this squirrel was looking at an approaching crow in this photo. And you certainly do a wonderful job photographing the squirrels in the park, getting them close to your camera. Maybe if you put some food out the squirrels in your yard will eventually get more used to you being out there taking photos of them. (Food sometimes helps them overcome their shyness!) :)

That is very thoughtful of you to realize that if you're not there in the winter, then you really shouldn't feed them. And even though I want the squirrels to have food, I'm glad the birds defend their eggs well! (I like birds too!) :)

I love your photography~! So eye-catching! :) I simply have one question for you, though. Do you specialise in Gray Squirrels? or do you have a common interest for other rodents? Thank you!

Have a nice day~!

Thanks for your kind words! I do photograph other things, and I like nature and animals in general, but for this deviantART account I decided to post only photos of the eastern gray squirrels that live in and around my yard. I started photographing them to practice and help improve my photography, and then I thought that maybe other people would enjoy seeing some of the squirrels that I have around here too. So that's where this deviantART account came in. (I don't currently have any other deviantART accounts for my other photographs though.) I hope that answers your question, but of course feel free to ask further if it doesn't! :)
